Director’s Profile


PGAM Group is geared to succeed as one of the outstanding manufacturer and supplier of FIBC bulk bags companies in the country as it possesses a capable and experienced management team. Having vast experience from plastic and manufacturing backgrounds, the management team is able to lead in various business functions to ensure that the company is run in an efficient and effective manner.

Martin Low Wink Keng

Managing Director


Mr. Low started his career in 2001 in the plastics manufacturing, trading and supplying industry. His company is responsible for supplying plastic raw materials to large Multinational electronic companies such as PANASONIC, JVC, SONY, SHARP, TELEKOM, ELKEN, TOSHIBA, DIAMOND WATER, etc.

With vast experience in the plastic industry, Mr. Martin Low founded JLG INDUSTRIES SDN BHD in 2008. Currently, Mr. Low focuses mainly on business development and the formulation of the overall business strategy of the company.

Choong Wei Soon

Director Cum Operation Manager


After completing his degree education in University Putra Malaysia, Mr. Choong joined Woodlandoors Holding Berhad, an listed wood-based products, manufacturer in Malaysia as a Management Trainee.

Later, he was promoted to factory  manager in February 2002, fully in charge of the entire production floor for both local and export models.

Sean Lee

Marketing Director


Following the successful completion of his academic pursuits at University Putra Malaysia, Mr. Lee embarked on a professional journey with Woodlandoors Holding Berhad, a publicly traded manufacturer specializing in wood-based products in Malaysia. Commencing his career as a Management Trainee, Mr. Lee rapidly ascended the ranks and assumed the role of Marketing Manager in February 2004. In this capacity, he assumed comprehensive responsibility for overseeing the marketing processes for both domestic and international models, showcasing his adept management skills on the company.
